Industrial fabrication in Columbus, Ohio

Columbus is the largest market we serve and it is a straightforward drive north for us. We want to be plain about the arrangement, because it matters to how you plan work: we do not have a Columbus building. The shop, the equipment and the fabrication capacity are in Piketon, and the on-site crew travels.

In practice that shapes which jobs suit us here. On-site fabrication, millwright work, mechanical repair and pipe welding all travel well, because the work happens at your facility either way. Shop fabrication travels well too, because a finished part rides north in a truck. What travels badly is anything that needs three unplanned trips, which is why we ask for photographs and access details before quoting rather than after.

The reason a Columbus plant calls a shop from Pike County is usually availability. We are open 24 hours, and a lot of industrial work only has a window at night or over a weekend. If your outage is Saturday, being an hour away and awake beats being twenty minutes away and closed.

The other reason is that this is one shop with most of the trades in it. Fabrication, millwright, mechanical, welding, machining and CAD all sit under the same roof and the same quote, so a job that turns out to need two of those does not turn into two vendors and two schedules.
