What needs to be made or fixed, the material if you know it, where the work is, and when it has to be done. A photograph or a drawing does most of the work, and the form takes uploads.
I only have a photo of the broken part. Is that enough?
Usually yes. Put something in the frame for scale if you can, a tape measure or a known object, and we will tell you what else we need.
Do you charge to quote?
Send the job through and we will tell you what is involved before anything is agreed.
How fast will I hear back?
