Pro-Line Industrial Services is a custom fabrication shop in Piketon, Ohio. The three things we build most are awnings for food trucks, custom fabrication in steel, aluminum and stainless, and aluminum handrails.
Awnings are the job we get asked for most. A food truck or a concession trailer needs a fold-down or a fixed awning that fits that truck, clears the serving window, takes wind, and folds up for the road. We build it here in steel or aluminum, to the truck, and we fit it. Cincinnati and Columbus food trucks are a large share of that work.
Custom fabrication is the rest of the floor: a bracket nobody makes, a bumper package for a work truck, a frame, a rack, a guard, a part reverse engineered from the broken one you send a photo of. Cut, formed, welded and finished in one building, in steel, aluminum or stainless, from a drawing, a CAD file or a phone photo.
Aluminum handrails are the third line. Commercial buildings, stair runs and mezzanines, measured on site, fabricated in the shop and installed by us. Handrails, gates and fences are the one category where a home address is welcome.
Behind those three sits a job shop with precision tapping and machining, 3D CAD modeling and printing, sandblasting, truck and trailer bodies, pipe welding and millwright work when a customer needs it. The shop is open 24 hours, seven days, so a truck that has to be back on the road by Friday can come in on Tuesday night.

Built to your drawing, your photo or your truck
Most of what we build starts as a phone photo. A food truck that needs an awning, a stair run that needs a rail, a work truck that needs a bumper heavier than the catalog one. We measure it, model it if it needs modeling, cut it, weld it, finish it and fit it, and we say up front if steel or aluminum is the better call for where it is going.
Structural, plate and tube. The default for strength and for anything that has to take a hit.
Where weight matters, on truck bodies, decks and racks, and where corrosion is the enemy.
Where the surface has to survive washdown, chemicals or food and process environments.

One shop in Piketon, Ohio. Columbus is where most of our awning and handrail work goes, Cincinnati is second, and the rest is close to home. Awnings and bumpers are built to the truck, so you bring it here or we come to you.

What we take, and what we do not
Farm and agricultural repair is not something we take on anymore. Fleet trucks, trailers and commercial equipment, yes.
Decks, remodels and general handyman jobs are not what this shop is for. Awnings, handrails, gates and fences are the exception and we build those for anyone.
If a job is outside what we are set up to do well, we will tell you rather than take it and disappoint you halfway through.

Questions we get before the first quote
Is Pro-Line really open 24 hours?
Yes, seven days. Industrial equipment does not fail politely inside business hours, and most plant work only has a window at night or over a weekend, so the shop runs around the clock.
Do you build awnings for food trucks?
Yes, and it is the job we build most. Fold-down and fixed awnings for food trucks and concession trailers, in steel or aluminum, built to your truck and fitted here in Piketon. Bring the truck, or send photos and the measurements and we will tell you what we need.
How does a job start?
You describe what you need on the job form, ideally with a photograph or a drawing, and a quote comes back. For a broken part a phone photo is usually enough for us to begin.

Do you take residential work?
Awnings, handrails, gates and fences, yes, for anyone. Beyond those the work is commercial, industrial and fleet. A bumper on a work truck is work we want; a deck or a remodel is not, and we do not take farm work.
Can I buy a kit instead of a finished piece?
Yes. Some of what we build is available as a kit: the parts cut, formed and bundled, for you to weld or bolt up yourself. Ask on the products and kits page and we will tell you what is in stock and what has to be made.
