Distance changes what we can honestly promise, so it is worth setting out. Portsmouth and Chillicothe are close work, roughly half an hour either side of the shop, where looking at a job before quoting it is realistic and a night call is a real option. Columbus is a little over an hour north and Cincinnati is under two hours west, which suits planned work, shutdown windows and delivered shop fabrication better than it suits an emergency call out.

Shop work is different again. A custom part, a rebuilt truck body, a set of gates or handrails gets built in Piketon and delivered, and at that point the drive is one trip rather than a daily commute.
